For over 14 years The Peer Group has been providing students with the opportunity of a unique placement, taking the role as a property administrator within the company for the duration of 12 months during their sandwich year.
The students have the opportunity to experience a friendly office environment working alongside Building Surveyors, Leasing Managers and Property Managers, allowing them to gain useful experiences within the property industry.
The role of property administrator consists of various different tasks, but none of them less important than one another. From working with invoices, participating on various projects, undertaking site inspections and of course, speaking with our tenants.
This week we are saying goodbye to our property administrators Deepika and Nikita that have been working at Peer Group during their Sandwich year at Kingston University. We are very grateful for having been able to have the opportunity to work with them, seeing them grow during the year and become true professionals.
We are now welcoming our new students, Divya from Brunel University and Cameron from Nottingham Trent University. Wishing them a very successful year and supporting them to form a greater understanding of the property industry.
