As the new season welcomes us, we also welcome our new Regional Property Manager!
Alice Theobald has joined us here at the Peer Group from JLL Property Management. After many years working for several large property consultancies, Alice says the move to Peer Group is important to her as she values joining an established business with family values at its core. With a portfolio worth in excess of £200 million across a range of sectors; what’s not to like!
She brings with her over 15 years of experience in property management. After a short stint in PRUPIM’s PR & Communications department as an office junior; she soon realised that her interest lay in learning more about the core business of Property Management. So, whilst studying a Business Management course in the evenings, Alice made an internal move to begin to apply those skills. She has not looked back since!
We believe Alice is the perfect candidate for her new role, and in her own words; ‘I class myself as someone who is very loyal, and able to get on with any task put in front of me. My experience has involved managing a range of assets for a number of clients from small property companies, as well as institutional clients. Customer service is very important to me, as is communication and providing a first-class service. These attributes have seen my career flourish and created positive relationships with clients and tenants alike.’ We definitely agree!
Alice’s skills will certainly compliment those of the Peer Group’s dynamic Property Team. We all look forward to an exciting and productive time in the coming months and years.
