Welcoming New Asset Manager Jonathan Dean

In May 2018, The Peer Group welcomed on board Jonathan Dean MRICS, the new Group Asset Manager.

He brings with him a wealth of commercial property expertise having most recently played a key role at Somerset House as their Director of Property.

Jonathan is regarded within the property industry as having a strategic mindset and friendly personality. He undertook his surveying training at Cushman & Wakefield (formerly Healey & Baker) and worked in a number of well known West End Firms ending his consultancy career as Director and Joint Head of Retail for BNP Paribas Real Estate before being invited to join Durkan Estates as Investment Director.

Recent achievements before joining The Peer Group include restructuring of the Estates and Commercial Teams at Somerset House whilst project managing the relocation of the Trust’s offices and some 70 staff releasing circa £2 million in savings for the Trust to invest in exhibitions and events.

Jonathan’s skills will compliment those of the Peer Group’s dynamic Property Team and we look forward to an exciting and productive time in the coming months and years.
