One of our most significant sites in our renovation and improvement to the portfolio has been our Middle Entry shopping centre in Tamworth, Staffordshire.
Taking on a project to remove all tiresome and dated cladding and adding new, fresh and attractive signage with a matching cladding above of all our shops, has given a neat and tidy look to our site. This has enabled the scheme to look more attractive and appealing for shoppers and thus benefits our tenants with forecasted increase in their sales.
In this re-branding project that we have taken on, we have also introduced new light to our covered walkway, so that no matter how dark the days will get, customers will feel comforted in their shopping experiences.
