On the 4th of March, Peer Group employees had their 2nd 5 A-side in house football game.
It was a great chance for everyone to team build together, become closer as a company, enjoy the great outdoors and make lasting memories.
After an intense hour on the pitch, the game ended 20-17 to the black bids where after a month of waiting, they were able to avenge their loss against the white bids on the 29th of January, bringing the games to 1-1 between the two teams.
The game was hosted at the Marlborough Sports Garden, which is used by the local community who value it for the role it plays in promoting the health and wellbeing of residents; as a rare outdoor space providing much-needed access to physical activity, sport and leisure pursuits.
This was all in support of the Bankside Open Spaces Trust, which is an environmental and volunteering charity working to provide outstanding green spaces and outdoor activities that enhance the health and wellbeing of urban communities. They help local people gardening on their estates, run horticultural training and host a range of youth and sports activities throughout the year.
